The foundation of HRSI’s success is the accomplished team of experts that are personally led by our founder, Dawn Bailey Small.


Dawn has more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry with 16 years dedicated to development and implementation of new, innovative reimbursement strategies for emerging medical devices and related technologies.


Her extensive experience in the health care industry provides her with a strong understanding of the clinical and financial implications of health care delivery. Major career achievements and satisfactions have come from a variety of positions in development, operations, contracting, reimbursement, marketing and sales. Much of Dawn’s experience has been with start-up companies that required significant visionary leadership, initiative and flexibility.


Her experiences has molded HRSI into a powerhouse reimbursement company that drives the growth of company revenues, explodes utilization, improves sales team performance, secures customer loyalty, and forges strong , lasting relationships with external business customers.
