Strategic Planning: Development/Marketing

How can you accurately strategize growth if you?re not in control of the reimbursement for your product?

Payer Strategy and Contracting

Scheduling

Securing end users to do procedures and obtaining pre authorization from payers is useless until the procedure is scheduled and performed. It has been our experience that many revenue generating procedures have not been performed due to the lack of initiative to get them scheduled. Because HRSI partners with clients and fees are paid upon collection, we are focused and determined to schedule procedures in the most expeditious time frame. HRSI acts as a liaison between the patient, physician, facility and technician to secure the procedure date.

Collections
